WOMAN SCARED OUT OF HER WITS BY STRANGE MAN IN CROSSVILLE WALMART PARKING LOT

A Crossville woman says she was scared for herself and her two young children when a man approached her as she was walking to her car in the Walmart parking lot Friday.   The woman told CNF ” I was leaving Walmart with the kids.  While placing my child in his car seat, a man approached me. He was of a darker ethnicity. He was tall and slim. He had a 6 or so pointed star tattoo by his left eye and an LA tattoo also on his body. He said his car had been towed and he was needing money to get a cab. By this time I was already nervous. He continued to ask personal questions about my life and my children, and while talking to me he was walking closer to me putting a black fingerless glove on his left hand!” The woman goes on to say she dialed 911 but didn’t press send just to be ready if needed.  She then told him she would check to see if she had any cash to give him.  “I walked fast to my door. Got in. Locked my doors, and drove off near the pumps. I was at a stop because of traffic and he was walking towards my car. I got money, cracked my window enough to give him 12 dollars, and left. He was CREEPY and I think that there was more on his mind. I think if I didn’t have my kids with me that things could have went differently. I was so scared.”  She called Crossville Police who said they would drive by and try to locate the mystery man and have a talk with him.
