Crossville Police were called the Food City Tuesday where a woman was riding a motorized shopping cart crashing into food isles and freezers.  The woman, identified as Tonya Williams, was hanging off the side of the cart going through the store generally causing havoc.  Officers stopped Williams and asked her if she had any drugs on her. The woman insisted she had no narcotics on her person at all.    Upon a consent search, police found Morphine, Oxycodone, Gabapentin and two small baggies containing Methamphetamines.  Williams was then charged and taken to jail.
