Again Crossville got soaked in suds this morning.  Now this isn’t the first time some pranksters decided it would be cool to pour detergent into the Water Tank Hill Welcome Fountain – but it is the first time they did it on a holiday when no city worker was around to turn off the water.  Therefore, the suds rose to a monstrous size and then broke loose as seen in this video posted on Randy Neal’s Facebook page.
