(SPARTALIVE) According to Detective Chris Isom, of White County Sheriff Department, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the District Attorney General’s office, investigators believe the incident, in which two individuals are deceased at a residence on Eastland Road, to be a “murder-suicide.” Identities cannot be released at this time, pending notification of next of kin. Eastland and BonDeCroft Volunteer Fire Departments, White County Emergency Medical Services and White County Sheriff Department have responded to a residence approximately eight miles down Eastland Road,  where a male and female were reportedly “laid out on the front porch, covered in blood,” according to a E-911 dispatch. Sheriff Oddie Shoupe states that two individuals are deceased and the incident is under investigation by White County Sheriff Department and Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
