UPDATE: CHILDREN RETURNED TO MOTHER

The two Crossville children who were taken by their estranged father Monday night have been returned to their mother. Sources tell us that the mother drove to Illinois to get her two children.  Family members tell us that the mother and father are divorced and the mother had full custody of the two children. Police had traced the father by pinging his cell phone.  The mother has regained custody of the two children, 3 and 8 years old, after the father agreed to hand them over to a member of his family first.
