Two women died as the result of a head-on crash in Cumberland County Tuesday afternoon. According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, a 2009 Mitsubishi driven by 43-year-old Paige E. Ybarzabal crossed over the center line while traveling northbound in the area of the 1100 block of Dunbar Rd. The vehicle struck a 2007 Ford sedan driven by 60-year-old Dortha S. Bombiley. Both women were killed in the crash, which closed down the roadway for several hours. According to THP, both were restrained and a full investigation into the accident is underway.
