TRAGEDY AT TRACE ADKINS CONCERT IN SCOTT COUNTY

tony+FarrellFamily and friends are shocked over the loss of Monster Truck Driver Tony Farrell in a senseless incident Saturday night in Scott County.

Billy Carson is behind bars facing homicide and felony reckless endangerment charges.

Scott County deputies say Carson drove a 4-Runner SUV through a crowd of people after the Trace Adkins concert Saturday night.

Investigators say Carson ran over four people and at least one of those people died. Two were flown to UT Medical Center.

The sheriff’s department believe this started as a fight. Carson went to get a gun from his SUV, but got inside and drove through a crowd of people.

There was evidence of a gun being fired, but it didn’t appear anyone was hit.

One man died after being run over, his name is Tony Farrell, a former Monster Truck driver from Indiana.

Farrell is best known for driving Blue Thunder from 2005-2007.

He owned his own trucking business with his wife and two kids.

Farrell’s son Ethan was also hurt in the incident, he was flown to UT Medical Center and was discharged on Monday.

Carson will be in court on May 27th.
