Things didn’t work out quite like it was supposed to for a Chattanooga man Monday.  The victim told police he picked up a woman, took her to a Motel 6 and got a room for them, and as soon as they got comfy, some guy wearing a ski mask burst into the room.  The woman and the masked man beat the victim after robbing him at knife point, wrapped him in duct tape and both of them left together.

The man told police he only knew the woman as “Whitney”.  

After the duo stole his wallet, money, cell phone and car keys.  They drove away in his 2005 Chevy Impala.

The victim was able to identify the suspect from a photo array. Police arrested Whitney King Tuesday morning and charged her with aggravated robbery. She remains in custody this morning on a $60,000 bond. Her court date is set for June 10. (WRCB-TV)
