Tennessee Bureau of Investigation are investigating a shooting in downtown Harriman on Roane Street Tuesday night.  Harriman police had been called to a domestic disturbance and, upon arrival, was shot at by Morgan County Corrections Officer 27 year old Nathan Manis. None of the officers were hit. Harriman Police returned fire and struck Manis.  Manis was airlifted to U.T. Medical Center where his condition is unknown.
