A vehicle accident on Highway 52 West and Livingston Boat Dock Road in Overton County Friday resulted in a fatality. Troopers say a 2013 GMC truck driven by Jamel Johnson of Virginia Beach, Virginia was traveling east when the truck went over the center lane and side swiped a 2008 Dodge Ram driven by 39-year-old Allen Cole of Allons, Tennessee. Johnson then hit a 1999 Ford Taurus driven by 67-year-old Neal Holcomb of Bronston, Kentucky head on. Holcomb passed away from injuries sustained. Johnson was arrested on scene after a check revealed outstanding warrants. Cole was not injured in the accident.
