That’s right officer, somebody has stole my gutters. One can only imagine the surprise the Peavine Road homeowner got when he looked up and noticed his guttering was gone.  And not just from the house, but from the garage too.  But not to worry, County deputies just happened to find a truck load of green guttering which led to the arrest of two brothers, 43 year old Donald Scott Garrett and 41 year old Steven Darrell Garrett, both of Crossville and both hauled to jail.
