A 13-year-old girl is fighting for her life after someone fired shots into her home in Lebanon.

Police say the teen was sleeping in her bed at her home on Floral Street around 10 p.m. Monday when someone drove by, opened fire and then took off.

The shooter reportedly emptied a whole clip into the house, hitting windows, siding and a door.

Officers were there for hours trying to process the scene and gather all of the evidence.

The 13-year-old was taken by LifeFlight to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Four other people were home at the time, but none of them saw the shooter.
