The Rockwood City Council has approved a new ordinance that would limit the location of tattoo parlors within the city limits.  Tattoo parlors will also be prohibited from operating after 10 PM and before 9 AM and restricts them from operating within 500 feet of a church or school. The ordinance was brought on by complaints of late-night gatherings in front of a former parlor which had been on W. Rockwood St.
