An ambulance, fire truck and deputy were dispatched to Midway road around 10:30 Friday night where an SUV had flipped end over end.  When the emergency personnel arrived there was no driver to be found.  A witness said the driver had crawled out of the wreckage with blood running down his face and got into another vehicle that was following behind him.  That vehicle sped away.   Deputies are running a check of the license plate to see if they can identify the driver of the SUV.
