The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued a statewide Endangered Child Alert for an 8-month old boy.

Xavier Billings is white, weighs 17 pounds and has blonde hair and blue eyes. TBI says he was last seen with his biological parents Andrew Billings and Adriana Billings on Thursday, November 10 after they fled the scene of an accident in Dekalb County and a mobile methamphetamine lab was found in their vehicle.

TBI said Andrew and Adriana Billings may be in a 2005 maroon Nissan Sentra with the Tennessee tag: 2A3-4N4. Agents said both Andrew and Adriana Billings have active warrants for manufacturing methamphetamine and aggravated child abuse out of Dekalb County, Tennessee.
