STATEWIDE BLUE ALERT ISSUED FOR SUSPECT IN MEMPHIS OFFICER KILLING
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation at the request of the Memphis Police Department is activating A Statewide Tennessee Blue Alert for suspect 29 year-old Tremaine Wilbourn.
Tremaine Wilbourn is wanted by the Memphis Police Department, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and U.S. Marshals Office on the charge of Homicide for killing a Memphis Police Officer on August 1, 2015. He was last seen wearing a blue jersey, black pants and black shoes. Wilbourn also goes by the alias of Tremaine Martin and “T-Streetz“ Wilbourn was last seen in a 2002 Silver Honda Accord with dark tinted windows, 17 inch chrome rims, sun roof and a black spoiler on the trunk with TN license plate U2719K. Wilbourn should be considered armed and dangerous.
Tremaine Wilbourn is being added by the TBI Top Ten Most Wanted List and a reward of more than $40,000 is being offered for information leading to his arrest in addition the U.S. Marshals Office is offering a reward of $10,000.00 for his arrest.
