Cumberland Co Road Superintendent Stanley Hall has been notified by the State Republican Party he is not qualified to run as a Republican  in the upcoming May Primary.  This is due to the fact that Mr. Hall has not voted Republican in three of the last four Republican Primaries. We’ve got calls into the State to explain all the rules.  We understand that Mr. Hall may withdraw his petition to run as a Republican and file to run as an Independent.  Mr. Hall was staged to run in the Republican  Primary  against  Kevin Music
