Another report of a mysterious man in a white van possibly attempting a kidnapping.  This time it is a bit confusing. Crossville Police Department told CROSSVILLE NEWS FIRST that a woman on Henry Street told police a black man approached her grandson and asked the boy if he would like to see some puppies and that she thought he was driving a white van.    One witness told police the man left in a green Jeep however….not a white van.  It is unclear who called the police to report the incident.  The woman said she could not get a good look at the man for a description other than he was a black male.
