Very limited public information has been released from promoters of the 9th Annual Rocky Top Diesel Shoot out or the Crossville Dragway on an accident Friday Night July 29th that resulted in the death of Thomas J. Borrell, 34, aka “Turba Tom”  from Quarryville, Pennsylvania.  The accident resulted in the cancellation of the entire weekend’s events.
