Krystal Collins is the winner of two tickets to see Garth Brooks -Trisha Yearwood World Tour concert in Knoxville this Saturday.  Krystal was the fist to guess the ‘Phrase That Pays” Sponsored by Star Recording and CNF from words italicized within news stories over the past several weeks.  The phrase that paid was – “Going to see Garth Brooks in Knoxville because I’ve got friends in low places”.  Among those who submitted guesses, Krystal was the first to email the correct answer.
