71 year old Thomas Deltorro was walking from the Garden Center at Lowe’s Home Improvement Monday when he was struck by a pick up truck in the parking lot.

Mr. Deltorro said he did not see the truck approaching. A bystander rushed to the victim to offer aid as did the driver of the truck. EMS was called to the scene but Mr. Deltorro refused treatment. Luis Perez was the driver of the truck, he was cited for no drivers license and no insurance.
