WRCB reports that Joshua and Erika Caldwell, both 21, face theft and drug charges after police said they walked out of the store with hundreds of dollars worth stolen items, including 57 blocks of cheese.

Security caught the couple walking out with a cart full of stuff they didn’t pay for.

When police searched their car, they found $300 worth of cheese stuffed beneath the floorboards and even in a diaper bag.

Officers also found 10 bottles of Tide, worth $18, some clothes, and a candle. In all, $600 of stolen merchandise was found in the car, along with marijuana, reports WRCB.

The couple had their baby with them, and officers called a family member to pick the child up.

Authorities took the couple to jail, and both have since bonded out. Mrs. Caldwall does not have a criminal history, but police said her husband, Joshua, was arrested last year for aggravated animal cruelty and malicious mischief.
