Cumberland County Officers are still scratching their heads trying to figure out why in the world Franklin Wyatt beckoned them to his house just to be arrested.  Wyatt called 911 and requested a couple of deputies to come to his house because, as he said,  he was doing donuts in his own front yard and was smoking pot.  Well, the deputies obliged and went to Wyatt’s house where they found him just standing on the front porch.  Just as deputies arrived, Wyatt took off running into the house and a chase ensued.  During a scuffle, Wyatt had to be Tasered to get him under control and arrested.  Sure enough, there were several bags of marijuana, a joint and pipe found in the home.  49 year old Wyatt was charged with manufacture -delivery and sale of a controlled substance.  Wyatt wasn’t charged with doing donuts in his front yard.
