We have reports that both Crossville Police and Cumberland County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a black male on foot at this hour.  Details are sketchy, but the suspect allegedly stole a black pick up truck then ditched it in the Rock Quarry Road area off the Miller Avenue by-pass.  Several callers have reported seeing the suspect near Brook Haven subdivision.  Be alert and report anyone you see on foot that may fit the description which is limited at this time.  Some have reported he was wearing a black coat…others say no.  Never-the-less, be on the look out and if you see the suspect or think it may be the suspect, do not approach him – call 911 or the Sheriff’s Dept  931-484-6176
