MURFREESBORO MAN ONE OF THREE ARRESTED IN OVER 400 LB METH BUST IN NASHVILLE

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) More than 400 pounds of methamphetamine were confiscated and three people were arrested after a drug bust in Davidson County, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

An investigation by multiple law enforcement agencies resulted in the seizure of nearly 425 pounds of meth and the arrest of three people, Zachery Manier of Murfreesboro, Danny Ray Jones of California and Reginald Levon Cooper of Nashville.

All three are facing a slew of federal charges.

The years-long investigation led to the search of a home on Hillwood Private Cove in Nashville. Investigators found about 425 pounds of meth and large amounts of cash.

“Each is charged with one count of manufacture, distribute, or dispense or possess with intent Methamphetamines a controlled substance and one count conspiracy to possess with Intent to distribute a quality of a mixture and substance containing Methamphetamine. All three remain in federal custody,” the TBI said.

The investigation remains active and ongoing.
