MORE DETAILS ON MISSING CROSSVILLE WOMAN
CNF asked our readers to help in clarifying or verifying a missing person in Crossville while there apparently was no missing person report on file with local law enforcement. The original missing person banner appeared on a local news outlet Facebook page Friday night in the following form:
At first glance, it appeared to be from the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department. We checked with the Sheriff’s office to see if Ms. Duncan had been found only to learn there was no report on Ms Duncan being missing. After a lengthy dialogue with the Sheriff’s Department and the person who wants to find Ms. Duncan, Christiana Harrison of Michigan, we have finally gotten the information we were needing.
Turns out, the Sheriff’s Department and CPD have a BOLO for a welfare check on a Ms. Kimberly Spencer – not Kimberly Duncan, Duncan is her maiden name. According to Ms. Harrison, Kim was last seen at a house on Lee June Street just down from First Baptist Church off 127 South with someone named Scott. The information from Ms. Harrison is that Ms. Duncan left that house or was taken from the house leaving behind her phone, purse and keys. She hasn’t been heard from since May 17th. If anyone has information on Kimberly’s whereabouts, contact the Sheriff’s Department or Crossville Police Department.
