CROSSVILLE POLICE REPORT

On 12/15/2024 I responded to a possible physical domestic between 2 parties in a white Chevy Tahoe at the Pilot.  Upon arrival, I observed the vehicle parked near the entrance at the back of the lot. I made contact with a male sitting in the drivers seat and a female who was yelling and getting her items out of the vehicle. Both parties originally refused to identify themselves.

The female and male were very clearly intoxicated/high. The female kept twitching, making exaggerated movements and talking at an extreme rapid rate. She could not stand still if she even tried. She was uncooperative and was advising that she was not in a physical fight and she was not in need of medical attention. She later stated she had a black eye and hinted that Johnny gave it to her. However, she did not have a black eye. The female told me her name was “Sean” Henry, born in the year 1982.
The male finally identified himself, as Johnny Bell. Johnny told me that the female with him was his male brother, “Shawn” Henry. Johnny fully believed that the female was a male.

Johnny’s eyes were also nonreactive to light, his pupils did not constrict, rather they remained the same size. When Johnny stepped out of the driver seat, there was a burnt piece of foil with burnt residue sitting on the driver seat, and numerous other pieces of burnt foil throughout the vehicle. Johnny was adamant that he was not high. Johnny advised that the “fight” was just two brothers messing around, and it wasn’t anything serious. It should be noted that he defecated in his pants on the way to the Cumberland County Jail.
The female was finally identified as Shadayda Farris, after officers at the jail were able to confirm an old booking photo of her with what she looked like on scene.

Both Shadayda and Johnny were arrested for Public Intoxication. Shadayda was charged with Criminal Impersonation and Johnny was charged with Stop/Halt/Frisk since he wanted to lie about who Shadayda was. It was later learned that Johnny and Shadayda are dating. It was unclear if there ever was any physical fight, however, there was no evidence of any physical fight between the two.
