A man riding on top of a car at a high rate of speed in Mt. Juliet and Davidson County down Interstate 40 created quite a stir Thursday.

The unknown man sat on top of the car on I-40 at speeds that were estimated at 70 miles per hour at around 3:50 p.m., onlooker Bobby Reynolds said.

“He was smiling and giving a big thumbs up. I just couldn’t believe it,” Reynolds said.

The man was seen laying down on his stomach down on Mt. Juliet Road and then on the I-40 ramp before getting on the interstate according to social media posts. FULL STORY HERE
