The name of the man killed in a two vehicle crash on Miller Avenue Bypass near Grace Community Church last week was released today by authorities.  According to the report, a witness stated that around 4pm a red pickup truck driven by 59-year-old Steven Douglas Phillips of Bud Tanner Road appeared to cross over the center line and crashed head on into a dump truck killing Phillips.  The driver of the dump truck, 33-year-old Nathaniel Oswalt of Knoxville, was not injured.
