According to local media, an Oak Ridge  man was caught taking pictures inside the women’s restroom at the Rocky Top Ten theater in Crossville.  In the report, the man was in the women’s rest room peering over stalls with his camera and was seen by a teenager using the rest room. FULL STORY HERE
