CROSSVILLE MUSICIAN MAKES HEADLINES IN AUGUSTA WITH SONG ABOUT ‘THE MASTERS’

Local musician Mike Stone has made headlines in the Augusta Chronicle today with his new cd release “One Week In April (I love the Masters)” single about the Masters Golf Tournament.  Stone just finished his cd of the same name containing 8 tracks of original songs and a couple of covers plus one song , “Just Enough Rope”, written by locals Rob and Earl Patton.  ONE WEEK - FRONT PANEL

The cd has been a work in progress for the past four years and includes a long list of local and out-of-town musicians performing on the songs.  The cd was produced locally at Star Recording Studio with some work added from Nashville studios.  Stone also produced the album along with another local veteran musician, Mike Wright. “One Week In April” will be available for downloading from iTunes, Amazon.com and CD Baby tomorrow, April 8th.  The Masters Golf Tournament is underway this week in Augusta, Ga.  Below you can read the article published today by the Augusta Chronicle.  CLICK HERE FOR iTUNES SINGLE “One Week In April”
