On June 26, 2023 city police conducted a traffic stop on a Nissan Maxima for having an obstructed view. Upon a consent search of the driver, 2 teal and clear containers with a blue pill, known as Viagra, with the markings VGR100 on one side and Pfizer on the other side were located. On the top of the containers were two stickers, one was a price tag for $11.99+tax, the other were mountains with the words “Blue Mountain” on it. The driver advised that he just bought them from the gas station across from Speedway on West Ave. The containers and pills were seized and placed into evidence.

While on the traffic stop, an officer went over to the gas station and he confirmed that the gas station was selling the the pills in the containers. The pills were sitting in their display case for sale. There were an additional 16 pill containers and pills in the display case. These 16 containers and pills were also seized and placed into evidence.

A property receipt was filled out an a copy was left with the clerk who was currently on shift at the gas station. The officer notified narcotics investigators of his findings. 

All 18 pill containers and pills were seized placed into evidence.
