Knoxville Police held a news conference this morning concerning a shooting in Knox County over night.  Police say they responded to a shooting incident which appeared to be a 12-year-old boy with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.  After further investigation, police now say the young boy was shot by his 13-year-old brother.  The older brother is being charged with first degree murder.  The investigation continues and the names have not been released yet.  Both children are students at North-West Middle School in Knox County.
