HUNGRY? BUBBA -T’S AIMS TO PLEASE – DOWNTOWN WELCOMES NEW RESTAURANT
Crossville downtown is continuing its revitalization with a new restaurant opening on Main Street. Bubba -T’s is the new location for the famous John Teeples bar-b-que and fixin’s. We visited Bubba T’s just to see if the rumors were true about the best bar-b-que in town. Turns out Bubba T’s bar-b-que is truly mouth-watering. We also tried our favorite – brisket – and it was right on the money good. And some of the best desserts that’s ever been made. This morning Bubba T’s began opening for breakfast at 7 am Monday through Friday. Another winner, eggs, bacon, sausage, country ham, biscuit and gravy and a cup of fresh-brewed coffee. Bubba T’s is located in the former Sisters Restaurant building on north Main. Sisters Restaurant served thousands for the past 20 years before deciding to retire earlier this year. We want to also thank Sisters for a job well done the past two decades.
Another thing. The whole inside of the restaurant has been remodeled to give a wonderful down-home, country atmosphere for dining.
Bubba T’s also serves bout anything on a ‘country cookin’ menu. Open face roast beef plates, excellent catfish plates, beans and cornbread and lots more. It’s always exciting to see new businesses opening on Main Street which was once about absent of any active commercial business. Downtown Crossville is coming alive with businesses now from gift shops to coffee shops to bike shops and more.
Next time you’re in town – stop by Bubba T’s and let your tastebuds have a party.
