Cumberland County deputies were in pursuit of a truck on Lantana Road this morning around 9am. As you can see from the video the vehicle circled back several times with tires blown out.  According to Sheriff, the truck was a stolen Dully from Cumberland County.  Deputies finally caught the suspect, identified as George Skinner, near Mecca on Lantana Road.  Skinner was charged with stealing the truck this morning along with stealing a trailer from White County and other pending charges.  Skinner was on probation stemming from previous charges.
