    According to Tennessee’s Covid19 government website:

    Cumberland County has had a total of 8190 cases of which 153 were fatal. This is 0.02%.

    This site seems intent on censoring direct comments so we’ll see if replies are censored.

      Since this appears to be working, the estimated vaccination rate for Cumberland County is between 40% and 43%. As the graphic indicates, most of the people in the hospital are unvaccinated. Those numbers don’t square with the mortality rate mentioned above (0.02%)

      Notice, the graphic omits age statistics and makes no mention of how many of them have comorbidities which play a huge factor in how COVID affects any given person.

      Also, notice how the goal posts keep moving? What are we on now? Day 500+ of “15 days to slow the spread”? Remember when herd immunity was 60-70% and now it’s 90-95? We have been lied to time and again by Fauci (who is the highest paid person on government payroll currently) and countless other politicians and any meaningful discussion is being actively censored apparently on this site but blatantly on social media. Perhaps if the goal is to get people vaccinated then everyone would just shut the hell up with the virtue signaling and do what I’m doing which is simply advising people to TALK TO YOUR TRUSTED DOCTOR.

      153/8190 =.01868 or 1.868%. Not .02%. Your math is incorrect, causing your statement to be misleading. Get the vaccine and then go out and live your life like you used to.

  Since when is concern and exasperation “virtue signaling?” Kroger Pharmacy has been hit by Covid, and so have many other businesses. The “15 days to slow” only works if we have most doing their part, and so far that hasn’t happened. Vaccinations are not where they need to be, and the delta variant is so transmissible, that the vaccinations are needed mire than ever.

  “Concern and exasperation” are exactly what “virtue signalling” is, and an emotional response to statistical and factual informational comments in the post. The OP sites some good questions and points out that many of those questions remain unanswered by the powers that be; or, are contradictory and sometimes even blatantly false. Emotional responses such as “shaming”, demanding, and mandating people to vaccinate is not the answer; education and truth are.
  BTW, 0.02% mortality rate (a FACT as reported from officials) does not a pandemic make, more people die from the common flu, car accidents, heart disease, etc. (the list is long). Maybe turning off the “talking heads” on TV, who have an agenda, whether you believe it or not, and relying more on factual information would help.
  Additionally, if the vaccination numbers are actually 43% then those vaccinated are in the minority, the minority does not determine what the majority should or should not do; if you are so “concerned and exasperated”, as a member of the minority maybe you should stay in “lock down”, and let those of us not afraid of life, or the “sky is falling”, to go on with life.
  The OP also does not advocate NOT being vaccinated, in fact the post simply states to “talk to your trusted healthcare provider” (something a normal/educated person should already being doing regardless of Co-Vid) and does recommend vaccination.
