A man in Knoxville has created a healthier, tastier alternative to some of the unhealthy foods you may crave.

“I just love helping people with their health,” says Co-founder of ZenEvo Chocolate Eddie Reymond.

Eddie is an avid runner and the owner of a Eddie’s Health Shoppe in West Knoxville. So you may be wondering what he’ doing making chocolate by hand inside his house?

He says he’s found a way to satisfy his sweet tooth and still keep a sweet body and he’s selling the creation in hundreds of stores across the country.

Inside his health store, ZenEvo is on display, along with the evidence of his commitment to the health world.
Pictures of top UT players he’s counseled on diet, even world famous body builders and Olympic athletes can be seen all throughout his store.

“Being healthy is really the most important thing that you have so that’s something that drives me everyday.”

Eddie says you get vitamins, energy, and a sweet fix without the calories.

Customer Ray Wilson says, “I don’t get a lot of caffeine, typically, I’ve never drank coffee, I can eat a couple of them and I’m up pretty much all night.”

Eddie is a fitness fanatic who turns chocolate into cash.
