On March 20,2023, City Police responded to Windermere Drive for an unwanted subject. Officers arrived on scene and made contact with the complainant. The gentleman stated his grandson Samuel Creswell was inside the residence and was not allowed.  He further stated he and Samuel had a domestic in December and Samuel was arrested for assaulting him and his grandmother.

An officer went inside the residence and located Samuel Creswell inside the residence. Dispatch confirmed the bond conditions were still active and in effect. The officer then placed Samuel Creswell in custody and transported him to intake for booking.
