GARRISON NOW CHARGED WITH SECOND DEGREE MURDER IN STURGILL DEATH
Eric Garrison, the man who originally was charged with attempted second degree murder after he shot a man in the middle of downtown Crossville’s Main Street now is facing second degree murder charges after Albert Darrell Sturgill Jr. died yesterday in a Knoxville Hospital.
The upgraded charge came today from the TBI investigation. In Tennessee second degree murder is a Class A Felony. If found guilty, Garrison could face up to 60 years in prison.
