A Fort Campbell soldier was arrested Sunday morning after police say he was engaging in sexual intercourse on a front lawn.

Upon their arrival, police said Justin Moore and Jennifer Cogdill were engaged in sexual activity on the front lawn of the residence in Clarksville.

As the responding officer exited his vehicle the pair separated, authorities said.

Police said Moore, 25, and Cogdill, 34, both smelled of alcohol and had slurred speech.

Moore and Cogdill were each charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication.

Their bonds were set at $1,500 apiece.
