Dabbs had more than 100 images on his computer that showed a minor engaged in sexual activity.

Dabbs faced a possible punishment of eight to 12 years in prison for the sexual exploitation of a minor charge and he also faced three to six years in prison for each aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor charge.
Judge David Patterson approved the plea, which allowed Dabbs to plea the one sexual exploitation of a minor charge.
The plea agreement said that Dabbs will serve 100 percent of the eight year sentence. Dabbs had worked for Putnam County Schools for four years.
