Christmas day was not very peaceful for a couple on Ponderosa Drive near Holiday Hills.  Five subjects burst into a home and robbed the residents at gunpoint. There were two people at home at the time,  a man and a woman.  The man told police there was  knock at the door  and just as he opened it, he was hit in the face and five subjects, two women and three men, forced their way into the house.  Both residents were forced to strip naked while the suspects searched for money and cell phones on their person so they couldn’t call for help.  Both victims were held hostage for two hours while the invaders ransacked the house taking clothes, boots, two televisions, an Xbox, stereo system, DVD’s, cash and other items.  The five suspects were apprehended later by deputies after stopping their vehicle and discovering several of the stolen items inside.  All five were from Putnam County; 29 year old Tommy Mayberry, 25 year old Ryan Moore, 31 year old John Eric Roberts, 29 year old Keri Mayberry and 31 year old Elizabeth Moore.  All were charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault and theft over $1,000.00.  Bond for each was set at $250,000.
