Cumberland County welcomed its newest citizen and first baby born in the New Year this morning when Mason Garrett Anderson came into the world at 9:07 am.  Mason arrived weighing in at 7-pounds 2-ounces and 19 inches long.  The proud parents of Mason are Allison Norris and Billy Anderson.  Mason was delivered by Dr. William Smith at Cumberland Medical Center.
