Finally some information is coming out about two babies found dead in a Greeneville Home.  Erick Eugene Jones, who was living in the same home and involved romantically  with the children’s mother,  was charged with two counts of aggravated child abuse and neglect.  Jones is not the father of either child.   No information has been released still of how the babies died.   Shortly after the babies were found dead, the Greenville Police gave a news conference and said the deaths were not being treated as a homicide but just ‘two deaths’ and nothing more.

The Greeneville Fire Department found Trinity Jones, 2 months, and Kynsleigh Easterly, 13 months, unresponsive on December 17th after someone called 911. Officials said they were siblings.

The Greene County Detention Center said Jones was booked in the jail at 12:15 a.m. Saturday morning.
