Imagine the look on the officer’s face when he stopped a car, walked up to ask the driver for some ID and the driver was a 9 year old boy.  That’s what happened Friday in Roane County on Old Hen Valley Road.  As a result 32 year old Rebecca Laree Cochran was charged with reckless endangerment after she admitted to letting her 9 year old son drive her car.  The report did not indicate whether the mother was with her son in the car.  DCS has been notified.
