A Cumberland county teen lost his life in a car crash on I-40 Monday afternoon.  Traffic was backed up for hours near the Peavine road exit.  The crash involved multiple vehicles and the name of the deceased has not been released yet. The investigation into the wreck is ongoing by the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
