The Cumberland County Rescue Squad brought home top honors at the Tennessee Association of Rescue Squads annual convention in Pigeon Forge over the weekend. The group placed 1st in Extrication in the TARS Competition. The Squad was represented by the five person team of Kenny Kilgore, Gerry Lathem, Bob Sherrill, Mike Findley and Derek Carter. The Cumberland County Rescue Squad is a non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to serving our community in our direst times of need.
