On February 14, 2023 an officer responded to Spruce Loop in reference to a vehicle fire. Upon arrival the officer observed a dark SUV on fire rolled over on its top.  The officer found the operator to be Summer Dodson. Summer Dodson’s Tn. Driver License was found to be suspended. She also had an active warrant for her arrest.

A second officer worked the accident, and the responding officer took Summer Dodson into custody and transported her to the Cumberland County Justice Center where he signed and served the warrant for driving on suspended license, and also served her with the Failure to Appear warrant.

No further information is available at this time as to what caused the accident or Ms. Dobson’s pending charges for which she failed to appear.
