Things got a little scary at the Crossville Walmart last night. Police, deputies and every other law enforcement agency were called to the Walmart Store after a call was made to Walmart from someone threatening to ‘shoot up the place’.  Crossville police put out an advisory for people to stay clear of the area of Walmart for an ‘intense situation’. Drivers were diverted away from the area for more than an hour.  Turns out, an 11 year old juvenile had called in the threat that he was going to shoot up the place.  The call was traced and police quickly secured the area.  The juvenile was identified by police and appropriate action was taken.  The area was given the all clear later in the night. The suspect is being questioned by authorities.
