On 09/11/2024 a Cumberland County Sherriff’s Deputy was dispatched to Creston Rd. for a physical domestic dispute. Upon arrival, The Deputy met with the complainant who had been with her son Bobby Ewton (01/09/1980) at Creston Road.

They had gotten into an argument over a valuable missing statue. Mr. Ewton got angry with his mother due to the fact that the statue was missing from the shelf, and it was very valuable. Mr. Ewton thought that she took the statue. With this in mind he struck her in the eye with his fist and ran from the scene. The Deputy observed swelling on the complainant’s eye consistent with her statement.

The Deputy signed warrants on Mr. Ewton for domestic assault. He was later arrested for the outstanding warrant by Crossville Police Department.
